Comedian, Akpororo About to Shake Ojo Local Government with Free Concert | @akpororo

Nigerian stand-up comedian, vocalist and actor Jephthah Bowoto, popularly known as Akpororo is about to shake the whole of Ojo Local Government, Lagos with his Concert tagged Ojo Mega Praise Season 6.

The Ilaje, Ondo State, Nigeria-born multi-talented young man, Akpororo grew up in Warri a suburb in Delta State but always talks up Okokomaiko (his small London), Lagos where he still resides till date.

Akpororo career started off as a local gospel musician until in 2008 when he went into the National Comedy Challenge by Opa Williams and went on to win the Calabar zone of the competition. Akpororo has since become a household name in the Nigerian Entertainment Industry with numerous awards and endorsement(s) to show for it.

Some of the awards he has won include Nigerian Role Model Award 2016 (Most Famous Comedian of the Year), Niger Delta Advancement Award (Nigerian Comedian of the Year 2015), 2015 Golden Icons Academy Movie Awards (Best Comedic Act), Winner at the 2014 Naija FM Comedy Awards among others.  In June 2015, he signed a 2-year endorsement deal with telecommunication giants Airtel. 

Sunday, December 18, 2016, Roro House will host the Ojo Mega Praise Season 6 at Star-Gen Hotel, Okokomaiko, the Praise Season promises to be interesting as some of the finest talents you can think of will be around to entertain you. 

Special guest appearance includes  Chioma Jesus, Frank Edwards,  Efe Nathan, Chika 100 %,  Nosa,  Roro house Comedians. Akpororo himself and a host of others.
