Osby Berry is not the first American Gospel Musician to do a cover of a Nigerian Gospel Musician song in recent times. Some days ago, we uploaded a cover of Jesse Morgan's cover of Nathaniel Bassey's song, Imela. Sinach's song, Way Maker was also covered by by Michael W. Smith.
Erica Campbell is another musician that did a cover of Nathaniel Bassey's song. She chooses to cover the song, Son of God.
It is a good thing that Nigerian Gospel Music is attracting a global audience. Hopefully, our Gospel Musician will one day get a Grammy nomination or even winning.
