” From an early stage of life, I was taught to play it safe. Whether verbally, a slap on the wrist or a fierce look. That fear slowly but surely found a canvas to paint a picture that was not the painting it was meant to be, but rather forced by the subconscious but tangible world I was a part of.

Years have gone by and I thankfully noticed this was not what was healthy for me nor brought me joy. I had to take the road less travelled, unlearn, unwind and allow new pathways to be set neurologically, emotionally and spiritually. I found great liberty when I was able to face my shadows and step into the wide open spacious life that God intended and designed.
